Wuyang Zhang earned his Master of Health Science degree in Epidemiology at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in May 2022. Shortly after, Zhang transitioned to a Research Data Analyst position where he works jointly for the Cochlear Center for Hearing and Public Health and the Atherosclerosis Risk in Communities Neurocognitive Study (ARIC-NCS). Zhang was advised and is now supervised by Nicholas Reed, a Cochlear Center core faculty member.

 

Before joining the Cochlear Center, Wuyang received his bachelor's degree in social welfare from the Renmin University of China in 2020. His research interests include age-related hearing loss and other sensory loss, family caregiving, and social determinants of health.
