Esther Oh, MD, PhD, is the Sarah Miller Coulson Human Aging Project Scholar and an Associate Professor in the Division of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology (Department of Medicine) at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She holds appointments in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Division of Neuropathology and at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and is a core faculty member of the Cochlear Center on Hearing and Public Health.

As a clinician, researcher and social entrepreneur, her commitment to social justice is inseparable from her drive to provide innovative solutions to address disparities in hearing care.

Frank R. Lin, MD, PhD is the Director of the Cochlear Center for Hearing and Public Health and a Professor of Otolaryngology, Medicine, Mental Health, and Epidemiology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Bloomberg School of Public Health. As an otologic surgeon & epidemiologist, Lin has translated his clinical experiences caring for patients with hearing loss into foundational public health research and federal policy in the U.S.
